Rodents

Rodent enter a property searching for the basic things they need to survive – food, water, and shelter, however it is more common to find them nesting and living outside. Rodents do not need much room to gain access to the inside of a property. A common house mouse can squeeze through a hole the size of a dime or a crack as thin as a pencil.

The EPA regulations require commercial grade rodenticide to be placed in a locked bait station to protect children and pets from exposure. Therefore, we provide both large stations for the exterior and small stations for the interior of an infested property. The size of the property will determine how many stations that will be recommended. The larger up-front cost for rodents from the purchase of the stations is the worst part of getting this treatment started. The maintenance of the stations is very minimal but necessary in order to get the infestation under control and ongoing maintenance to maintain control.
